Blaise Pascal said:
"What else does this craving, and this helplessness, proclaim but there was once in man a true happiness, of which all that remains is the empty print and trace? This he tries in vain to fill with everything around him, seeking in things that are not there, the help he cannot find in those that are, though none can help, since this infinite abyss can be filled only with an infinite and immutable object, in other words by God himself"
I would have to say, that the part of the Natural Man is his religious nature, This religious part of our existence only gives an indication that there was once a perfect "religion" so to speak. Even though man hates God since childbirth, he still goes for religious things in the forms of idols. Atheistic Scientists, fail to realize that they themselves are a part of religious system of idol worship.
To the skeptic Christian, I wonder if he sees this? If he does, what does he do with it when he applies it to the Evolutionist he supports? An Atheists worships the idea of Evolution as savior from the Lord. It is their idol, a fortress mindset that blocks out the knowledge of God in their life. They sacrifice their time, money, and energy in supporting this idol. They seek to convince others of their idol, in order that they might worship it too.
If you do not believe that Evolution is an idol, attack their idol, and see the backlash! Why are skeptical Christians so willing to accept other people's idols? Do we not see that they are destroying themselves? What good can and idol bring into a person's life but they as Jonah says "those who cling to worthless Idols forfeit the grace that could be theirs"
When the Skeptical Christian takes the idol of Evolution what does he sacrifice? He sacrifices his time and effort to support the idea of Evolution. They sacrifice the truth of the Bible, which erodes confidence in it. They sacrifice their own credibility to the Atheist, the Atheist knows that he has an idol that is contrary to God, and when a Skeptical Christian supports him, he laughs.
Sadly, many Atheists are the children of Skeptical Christians. If you ask Atheists, you would be surprised that how many grew up in Christian homes. Their parents didn't have an answer to the idol of Evolution, and they needed one. The need was filled by the idol of Evolution, and with the help of the Skeptical Christian they forfeited the grace that could have been theirs.
Teaching Christians how to use the tools of Science, in light of a Biblical Worldview, in order to elevate the Word of God, which reveals the living word; Jesus Christ

The Naturalistic Christian
A.W Tozer writes in his book “The Attributes of God”
“The Bible knew
nothing about “the laws of nature.” The
Bible knows only that God was there. If
it rained, it was God watering His hills from His chambers. If there was lightning, it was God, and if
there was thunder, it was the “voice of the LORD” that “maketh the hinds to
calve” (Psalm 29:9). The writers of
Scripture were acutely God-conscious, and they were never lonely because God
was there. “Surely the Lord is in this
place; and I knew it not.” said Jacob (Genesis 28:16). This Idea that god is an absentee engineer
running His universe by remote control is all wrong. He is present in perpetual and continual
eagerness, with all the fervor of rapturous love pressing His holy
designs. If you don’t feel that way
about it, it’s unbelief that makes you feel otherwise; it’s preoccupation with
this world.”
In the age of Science, we now have laws of nature, where we
explain everything away into a tight little package. This is how we want to explain God, but He
will not, and cannot be explained away like this! How much of the life of the common Christian
is just explained away by nature? This
leads us to think naturally about everything, and expect nothing
supernatural. It’s a walking unbelief and
preoccupation with the world, says Tozer!
No wonder we have so many skeptic Christians in this
world. Romans 12 tells us to renew our
minds, but the average Christian thinks that he or she only needs to renew
enough of their mindset to acquire a get out of Hell free card. Or that sure the Bible is God’s Word, but
modern man needs more. Sure they might
venture further into the renewing of their mind when a crisis comes, say their
marriage is in trouble, or they have a wayward child; but it doesn’t say to
renew just a piece of their mind.
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by
the renewing of your mind…” Romans 12:2
The World thinks naturally – is not that, the basis of
Philosophical Naturalism? That Nature
and the Laws of Nature are all that exist. It brings the view of God down to something
manageable, or not there at all. People
have used the tools of Science, not for the good of man, but for the elevation
and deification of man. It’s natural for
man to think he can handle this life on his own.
Even this is how the average Christian operates, with little
consciousness of God in the midst of all things. He is conformed, not to the Word of God, but
to the rudimentary things of this world.
He has such a low view of God, and creates a high view of himself. When Jesus says to deny ourselves and pick
up our Cross, the Skeptic Christian does not see it as a divine command to be
obeyed, but a natural consequence of being a Christian.
Oh what misery, this naturalistic view of God has done in my
life! C.S. Lewis rightly said that to be
free from myself is like a drop of water to a man in the desert! Be pricked in your heart and ask God whatever
shall I do? And He will say – repent,
and turn to Me! To see God as the author
and finisher of our faith, to count it all as loss and to be found in Him!

Answering the Skeptic Christian!
You would think all we would have to answer to is the
skeptic non-Christian – but that’s not the case!
Before anything is said, however let me remind myself and
the reader:
Romans 11:34-35 “For
who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been His counselor? Or who has given a gift to him that he might
be repaid?”
That ultimately God knows, and we don’t. God has only revealed enough in Scripture to
pertain to Salvation, and Godly living.
While my desire is to defend a Biblical Worldview, we don’t have some
corn market on Theology, or Science. I
cannot claim and say that just because a Christian does not believe exactly how
I believe about Creation means that they are unsaved. God had to do a work in my heart, and renew
my mind just like everyone else.
Ephesians 4:1-6 has a list of major doctrines of the Bible,
which every believer must agree on in order to work together. Everything else is a minor. Now that does not mean that unbelief in the
whole of Scripture being God’s word does not have its consequences. I myself suffered the inconsistency when I
rejected Genesis chapters 1-11 as they are written – literal historical. God renewed my mind, and I had help, so my desire
is to help other Christians.
This hopefully will be a blog title that I come to again and
again as I hope the Lord will grow and develop the ministry. Though it is sad that most attacks on
ministries come from people who profess faith in Jesus Christ, it is just the
reality of the sinful heart. Christians,
and myself especially, are not exempt from attacking Christian beliefs

Who are the two most important people in the History of Mankind?
It may sound like an easy question to answer, but it is surprisingly
not. Most would at least say that the
first is Jesus Christ, especially if they are Christian, but would struggle with
the second. While they don’t want to
sound unbiblical or secular they may say: “Moses” or “David” but they are still
wrong. Not just wrong, but it might
actually reveal something else.
A Biblical Worldview is more important than we could realize,
but is impossible to have and live out without the Holy Spirit to teach,
convince, and convict us. This isn’t
something to intellectually grasp and poke fun at everyone else because of
their inability to see. Jesus Christ
Himself was the only one to ever live a Biblical Worldview through and
through.
Who would Jesus say that the other most important person in
the history of Mankind was? Surely when
He argued with the Pharisee’s He mentioned David, Abraham, and Moses by name,
but where they not used to scold their elevation of these 3 people? He even mentions Adam as a passing statement
on a man shall leave his father and his mother…
In the Gospels we have genealogies that include Adam and Eve
Paul reveals in Romans some amazing facts. Paul was a Pharisee, and knew his Bible
through and through. The Holy Spirit was
able to use this man to reveal in a logical manner from his lawyer like mind
and prove the case for Jesus Christ and Adam as the two most important people in
the History of Mankind
Romans 5:12 says “ Therefore, just as sin
entered the world through one man(Adam). And death through sin, and in this way
death came to all people, because all sinned”
Romans 5:14 says “Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had
not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s Transgression, who is the figure of
him that was to come”
1 Corinthians 15:22 says “For as in Adam all die, so
also in Christ all will be made alive.”
1 Corinthians 15:45 says “And so it is written, the first man, Adam
was made a living soul: the last Adam(Jesus) was made a quickening spirit”
Adam brought sin into this world; Jesus brought salvation to
the world. If we die in Adam, we die in
our sins eternally condemned to Hell.
However if we die in the second Adam, Jesus Christ, we will live forever
to the praise of His glory. The fact
that we have the nature of Adam shows us our need for a savior!
Questions that rattle me to the core:
1)Has our Theology rejected a literal Adam, therefore
rejecting the seriousness of sin?
2)If my Theology rejects the seriousness of sin, how does that
reflect on my Savior? On the Lost?

The Scientific Method is a Logical Fallacy
Much is written saying the word Creationism, I have heard of even a book titled "Evolution vs Creationism". It's really a trick, because in that title it is saying that Evolution is fact, and Creation is a belief. The -ism denotes belief, by the author placing the -ism on creation, she assumes Evolution to be superior.
I do not believe in Creationism, when people say that to me, I ask for God's grace to gently correct them. Creation is fact; logic and reason are on my side. Evolutionists however will laud at me and say, no way. My simple reply back to them is this "Is logic a part of nature?"
Naturalism is the belief that the Laws of Nature and matter is all that exist. Secular Science is driven by Philosophical Naturalism. Logic is an abstraction, not actual matter. So a Naturalist has no reason to believe in Logic.
Logic, does it change?
Did Logic have a beginning?
Will Logic continue after me or you are gone?
An Evolutionist must assume logic to do anything, he already assumes that he can logically make an argument and interpret evidence. He assumes the Scientific Method as the most successful methodology in finding out truth. The problem with this is that the Scientific Method itself is a logical fallacy.
Formal Fallacies
Fallacy of Affirming the Consequent
If p, then q à q therefore p
Fallacy of Denying the Antecedent
If p, then q à not p therefore no q
If you form a hypothesis which predicts a result, if they get the result the hypothesis is confirmed, if they do not get the result then it is denied
Let’s put our p’s and q’s in it.
If hypothesis (p) then result (q): result (q) therefore hypothesis (p) is true: Fallacy of Affirming the consequent
If hypothesis (p) then result (q): not result (q) therefore hypothesis (p) is not true: Fallacy of Denying the antecedent.
This is a big problem for Secular Scientists; most do not even realize this. Secular Philosophers of Science are baffled because the Scientific Method seems to work when it is logical fallacy. When I wrote my paper on the “Myth of the Scientific Method” in my research in Science Education class I wish I knew this. Here is a thought; maybe they got rid of teaching Logic and Reasoning in Public Schools because they are hiding this fact, maybe if students actually thought logically they would learn, something that’s beyond what their teachers are capable of teaching.

As a Creationist, and a Christian I have reason to believe that the Scientific Method can work. God upholds the universe in a logical manner, and I am made in His image with the capability to use His logic. Logic is a reflection of God’s mind that governs the universe. If you think about it, Logic has no beginning or end, it cannot be destroyed, or created, it is an abstraction.
God wants us to love Him with our entire mind as well, Logic and Reasoning is not high-minded when we use it in a way that glorifies the Creator. It is not too philosophical either, God created us as rational beings able to use His logic. The thing is people don’t always act in a logical fashion, we are sinful creatures. That’s why we logically need a savior to save us from our sins. Jesus Christ is that Savior

Awesome DNA
MtDNA is inherited Maternally, or through the woman. Secular Scientists trace mtDNA to one woman. Now mtDNA was said to mutate every 12,000 years or more. Scientists studied 310 generations of women, and found that in reality it mutates much faster, once every 800 years. This adds up to 6000 years. Instantly scientists were quick to say "we are not considering the biblical Eve" so, they created a rescuing device, and said that it mutated much slower in the past than today. This in itself contradicts the theory of Uniformitarianism that secular scientists hold onto in geology, but ready make exceptions when their worldview in Biology is challenged.
What is really cool about that is that even Secular Scientists agree that we all come from one woman. Now, molecular clocks, is what they were using to date this, but their times and even the "6000" years is considered bad data. In a paper on chicken feces, yes chicken poop, Secular Scientists are upset with the timescales. In the paper they discuss how if we put the current timescale together, it would have taken 6.5 billion years for everything to evolve... does anyone notice anything about that number? The planet they say evolved 4.5 bya... so 1.5 billion years of evolution without a planet to evolve on.
Circular reasoning is like this, I have a pig, I put the pig on a teeter totter to find out with a rock how much it weights. When I place a big boulder on it I find out that the pig weighs as much as the boulder. So how much does my pig weight? As much as the boulder. How much does the boulder weight? as much as the pig. This is circular reasoning
How old is a fossil, as old as its rock layer, how old is a rock layer, as old as the fossil. Circular reasoning
Even better, the lineage of Jesus Christ "the Righteous" is traced to Eve, 1 woman, mtDNA carrier.
Now the Y chromosome is inherited from the man, so logically it would come from one man in the past. Adam. Now sin and death entered the world via one man, Adam. So if we look at Genesis chapter 5 all sons of Adam in the lineage have one thing in common, they died... Now if you look at the lineage of Jesus, He does not have a human father lineage.
